My fees for psychological services are $265 per session. Psychotherapy sessions are billed per 50-minute session (10 minutes for documentation) and Assessment sessions are billed per 60-minute session. Payment is due at the end of each session. The fee for psychotherapy services conducted by a supervisee, under the supervision of Dr. Loretta Patterson, C. Psych., is discounted. The fee for written documentation, such as letters, is my full rate per hour. I do provide direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross for Veterans and RCMP. 

 

Fees for psychodiagnostic assessments vary depending on the referral question and number of testing hours needed. Please contact me for a full breakdown of the estimated costs for a psychodiagnostic or psychoeducational assessments. All testing, scoring, and report writing fees are billed at my full rate even if a psychometrist or supervisee completes portions of the assessment. I also charge my hourly rate for consultation and written documentation (i.e., consultation with school staff or another health professional, letters for school/workplace, file reviews, etc.).

 

I am currently accepting e-transfers only at this time. Once payment is received, I will issue a receipt with my name and CPBAO/CPNB license number which you can submit to your insurance provider (if you have extended health insurance). I strongly recommended that you contact your insurance provider to learn how much coverage you have and what type of services are approved by your insurance provider. In addition, it would be important to ask your provider if a referral for psychological services from your family practitioner is needed.
